Includes a stall (12’x12’, exterior doors, fan, and lights),

weather.

HORSE TRAINING
Training fees are based on the requirements of the owner.
A flat rate of $500.00 minimum per horse per month.

HORSE SHOW EXPENSES
You will be billed 1 month before the show for stall,
pro-rated tack stalls, entry fees & drug fees. That check will
be made payable to the horse show and mailed to Holly Ridge
Stables, LLC.
You will be billed 2 weeks before the show for day care
($55/day),
estimated bedding (pro-rated), trainer’s hotel and $1.35 per mile
for transporting horse.
FACILITY USAGE FOR NON-BOARDED HORSES
Training Track and Barn Facility: $10/day per horse for
use of training track with own equipment.
$20/day if Holly Ridge equipment is used
(i.e. truck, jogger
or bike).
$20/horse for handler during farrier services if Holly Ridge
Stables Staff is involved. Each individual is expected to
clean up after services.
Overnight stay for horses $20/horse.
Please keep the wash bay and surrounding area neat and clean
after use! Must provide your own supplies: soap, hoof
treatment, liniment, coolers, brushes, towels, etc.

LESSONS
- Private - $40 /hour
- Own horse - $30 pr hr.
- Semi-private (2 or 3 advanced) - $35 /hr.
- Group of 8 - $245 with no time limit

SALE, PURCHASE OR LEASE OF A HORSE
A commission of 10% will be charged on the purchase or sale of any horse represented by Holly Ridge Stables. Any additional expenses of travel, such as lodging, airfare, car rental, etc. will be billed at cost.
15% of lease fee will be charged on horses being leased, or $100, whichever is greater.
Board & Training bills are due on the first of the month. A late fee of $35 will be charged on bills not paid by the tenth. All other bills such as dentist visits, repair to tack & horse clothing, etc. or supplies purchased through Holly Ridge Stables are due as received by customers.
